Welcome to donpellegrino.com. As an IT professional I focus on Software Development and Design. To do design properly it helps to know what tools are available to work with. Below I have a short list of vendor information that I have found helpful. I have always been jealous of physicians when I call my pharmacy. The telephone system has a special option to allow physicians to talk directly with the pharmacists. With IT, professionals are usually forced to wade through the same convoluted customer service systems as end-users and it can takes days to find the right contact for highly technical problems. This list of links attempts to give developer focused entry points to the large vendors. I have linked to my personal profile at the vendor when possible.

Non-Commercial

Non-commercial software tends to be intrinsically developer focused. Perhaps this is why I have found GNU and Linux so valuable. Non-commercial organizations also seem to be much better at building communities where developers can talk directly with each other. Here I list the organizations that I have found to be the most important.
